This is a great summer smoothie when the seedless watermelons start appearing in stores. It’s only 105 calories and very addicting.
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced seedless watermelon (here are instructions on how to cut it up)
- 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt (Chobani is the best)
- 1/8 tsp almond extract (optional but worth it)
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1 packet sweeter (I use Truvia)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and turn it on. Drink. That’s all.
